Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we want you to truly love everything you purchase.
Returns: We accept returns of antiques purchases for full refund (less original shipping and packing costs). We also accept returns on photographs (less shipping costs and a 40% restocking fee as photos are printed on-demand). If you intend to make a return, please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your purchase(s). All returns require authorization by La Porte Bonheur.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders and phone cases since items cannot be restocked or resold. However, if you are unhappy or have any issues with a custom order please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your purchase(s).
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item was damaged during shipping. Please take a photo and send us an email to discuss a full or partial refund. Be sure to keep all packaging materials.
Refunds: A refund will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 14 days of authorization. Original shipping and packing costs cannot be refunded. Return shipping is at the client's expense, and full insurance during return shipping is required. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
