Shipping policy

We ship all products internationally. 

Currently, Vintage French Christmas, linens, knife rests, several select accessories, and Bouquinistes Auction products are fulfilled from the US. You have the choice to use USPS or UPS to ship domestically. 

If you not located in the US and would like to participate in the Bouquinistes Auction please send us an email. 

All other items are fulfilled from France.

We engage the services of UPS and use a professional packer for all fragile items.

Shipping internationally from France can be complicated, which is why we show the shipping rates and let you choose the one you prefer. All shipping rates include full insurance. Orders generally arrive within 4-9 business days from the ship date. Expedited shipping is available upon request. 

Any import taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

If you live in Paris or Dallas, we can arrange for you to pick up your items from the showroom. Please send us an email. 

If any of the fragile porcelain, crystal, or glass antiques arrive damaged (other than any slight chips listed in the product description), please immediately take a photo and send us an email to discuss a full or partial refund. Be sure to keep all packaging materials.
